(Interpreter for the deaf provided upon request) A public hearing to receive comments on the Virginia Substance Abuse Prevention and Treatment Block Grant Application for Federal Fiscal Year 2009. Copies of the application are available for review at the Office of Substance Abuse Services, Room 818, Thomas Jefferson Building, and at each community services board office. Comments may be made at the hearing or in writing by no later than September 24, 2008, to the Office of the Commissioner, Department of Mental Health, Mental Retardation and Substance Abuse Services; P. O. Box 1797, Richmond, VA 23218, ATTN: Margaret Anne Lane. Any person wishing to make a presentation at the hearing should contact Margaret Anne Lane as noted below.
