The First Conference on Promoting Mobility Among Older Adults will be held on Friday, June 3, 11 AM – 4 PM at Larrick Student Center, Virginia Commonwealth University-MCV campus in Richmond, sponsored by VCU Department of Epidemiology and Community Health and the Virginia Center on Aging. Registration is free but limited. Lunch and parking will be provided for those who register in advance. Please sign up today at http://agingmobility.org/conference/registration.
Attendants will be able to gain the latest information about policies and programs for older drivers and their families and community resources for transportation alternatives. The conference will include keynote addresses, interdisciplinary mobility clinics, films on older drivers, poster presentations, and networking opportunities.
