On Public Health Thank You Day, November 23rd, Research!America is looking to feature three APHA Affiliate members, committee members or students who have made notable contributions to research and public health.
Research!America is looking to feature three APHA Affiliate members, committee members or students who have made notable contributions to research and public health. These individuals would be interviewed over the phone and profiled on their website as public health heroes. Research!America will also send letters to the federal delegation for each individual pointing out the value of their public health research. The same information will also be forwarded to their Governors.
If you are interested in being recognized or are aware of other worthy individuals in your Affiliate, please reply to Regina Davis Moss, MPH, CHES, with contact information. As Public Health Thank You Day is celebrated on November 23rd, we would appreciate any nominations by November 11th.
