Latino Behavioral Healthcare Symposium
Colaborando Juntos will host a Latino Behavioral Health Care Symposium designed to identify and address the many different behavioral health and disability care challenges facing Central Virginia's diverse Latino communities.

Colaborando Juntos, the
metro-Richmond alliance of non-profit community organizations dedicated
to improving the health, education and economic well-being of Latino
families, will host a half-day of presentations, discussions and
networking exercises to help Virginia social services agencies acquire
some of the culturally-specific skills tools they will need to properly
diagnose and effectively treat immigrant patients suffering
from behavioral health disorders. This event is being co-sponsored by the Virginia Department of Behavioral Health and the Richmond Behavioral Health Authority.
