Hot Off the Press - The 2008 Virginia Health Equity Report released by the VDH, Office of Minority Health and Public Health Policy and the Division of Health Statistics in an effort to draw attention to health inequities in Virginia. It demonstrates associations between social determinants of health and health outcomes and includes recommendations for reducing and ultimately eliminating these inequities.
