Minority Health Coalition of South Hampton Roads Receives Award

The Minority Health Coalition of South Hampton Roads received the VAPHA Team Service Award in 2008.  Cecilia E. Barbosa, Executive Director, presented the award to Gloria Smith on May 15, 2008, who received the award on behalf of the Coalition.   The Coalition was founded by former VAPHA President, Cora Gray, RN.
