Virginia gets a "D" for its preterm birth rate

Virginia gets a "D" for its preterm birth rate, according to a new report by the March of Dimes. Virginia's rate is 60% higher than the 2010 Healthy People objective and increased 3% between 1995 and 2006. Disparities exist among population subgroups.
