Board Leadership
Looking for future Board leaders is a continuous process. If you or someone you know is qualified and interested, please contact us.
Regional Directors
Regional Directors are the ambassadors for VAPHA around the state. They represent the association at events and meetings. They also work closely with membership staff to promote the association.
Subject Experts
We are looking to develop a cadre of public health professionals who we can call on for expertise in various areas of public health.Program - Annual Conference 2009
Our next Annual Meeting will take place in September, 2009 in Richmond. We will need volunteers to help organize the conference - logistics, program, awards, posters, and continuing education credits.
Policy
Policy development is an important part of VAPHA's work. Help us develop this capacity to educate and inform policy-makers.
Finance
Financial oversight of the organization is a vital function. We are looking for members to provide financial expertise.
Students
We are working to increase the student participation in VAPHA. Kossi Mensah of GMU is taking the lead. Please let us know if you would like to be involved.
